We’re so excited for your order to make its way to you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping options, tracking, and delivery details.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has been carefully prepared and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that during launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed.

International Shipping

Yes, Eloraé proudly offers international shipping.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Free shipping is not available on international orders

International delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that Eloraé is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • carrier issues
  • weather conditions
  • customs processing
  • incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

We recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Eloraé is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • checking around your delivery area
  • confirming with household members or neighbors
  • contacting the shipping carrier directly

Upon request, we’re happy to provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information to assist with your investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Eloraé is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@shopelorae.com. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will do our best to assist.
