At Elorae’ we value your satisfaction and want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@shopelorae.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale, clearance, or custom-made items.
  • Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact customercare@shopelorae.com within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized pieces.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items.
  • Earrings (due to sanitary concerns). 

Can I cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, but contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

What If I never receive my order?

Once an order is marked as delivered, Eloraé is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we’re here to support you—upon request, we can provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information to assist with your next steps.
