Eloraé proudly offers international shipping. Please note that applicable duties and fees may apply, and free shipping is not available for international orders.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping is available for faster delivery.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@shopelorae.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• We do not accept returns on final sale, clearance, or custom-made items.
• Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

For hygiene and exclusivity purposes, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalized pieces
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Earrings ( due to sanitary concerns)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll handle it with care and urgency to make it right.

• For a deeper clean, use mild soap and warm water, then pat dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, polishing cloths with chemicals, or ultrasonic cleaners, as they may damage plating or delicate materials.
• Store each piece in its pouch or box when not in use.

With proper care, your pieces will maintain their beauty. Gold plating naturally may wear over time, while silver and steel may develop a soft patina.

We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or washing hands to prolong the finish and prevent tarnishing.

At this time, repair services are not available; however, we are thoughtfully exploring this offering for the future.
